Transform Your Riding
Through Biomechanics, Mindset & True Partnership
The For The Horse Harmony Movement Language Intensive Program
8-Week Personalized Training for Natural Connection and Classical Excellence
Does your horse brace, resist, or shut down—and you don't know why? You've tried multiple training methods, but something's still missing in your communication. Fear, guilt, or past failures hold you back from the partnership you want.
There is a better way.
The For The Horse Harmony Program is an intensive 8-week online horse training program that teaches you the biomechanics, mindset skills, and Movement Language your horse naturally responds to. Unlike traditional horsemanship courses that focus only on technique OR only on mindset, we integrate both—creating the deeper foundation that underlies even the basics of riding and groundwork.
Led by Chris Adderson—author, movement educator, professional dancer, and classical dressage teacher with 40+ years rehabilitating horses and riders worldwide.

Our Proven Framework: Patterns of Reciprocity™
Our exclusive system teaches you to design an education plan WITH your horse—one your horse actually wants to participate in and that delivers sustainable, predictable results.
What makes this classical dressage and biomechanics program different?
This program fills a fundamental gap in established horse training: developing congruence between what you think, feel, and do—the clarity your horse needs to truly partner with you.
You'll learn to:
- Connect your spine with your horse's spine through a precise movement system
- Read and respond to your horse's feedback in real-time
- Improve biomechanics in both you and your horse for lasting soundness
- Move beyond obedience-based training to genuine collaboration
What You'll Learn & Achieve

- Develop the clarity and presence horses naturally trust and follow
- Create impactful sessions that build confidence (in both of you) rather than compliance

- Work in balance without tension or force
- Improve self-carriage for both horse and rider
- Keep yourself and your horse sound long-term
Transform Your Mindset & Confidence
- Move through fear, guilt, shame, and past riding failures that color how you show up
- Develop intuition and body awareness you can trust
- Improve your problem-solving ability without high-pressure desensitization
- Harness energy and intention to unite with your horse—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually

The 8-week Harmony Intensive is a custom-priced program based on your specific needs and the level of personalized support you require.

” I'm living my dreams with my horse! ”
Before the Harmony course, I had anxiety and couldn't do anything. I had given up on riding horses completely. After Harmony, you won't guess what I'm doing—flying lead changes! I'm riding again, I'm competing, and I'm living my dreams with my horse.
I paid $3,000 for the course and it's worth tenfold what I paid because it's opened up my life and had a positive effect on my work as well.

Meet Your Instructor: Chris Adderson
40+ Years Rehabilitating & Educating Horses and Riders on Three Continents
Chris Adderson is a movement educator, classical dressage instructor, author, and former professional dancer who has guided thousands of riders and horses back to health, soundness, and top-level performance.
Why Chris's Approach Works
Dance & Choreography Background
Working with exceptional choreographers deepened Chris's understanding of the horse's physical and emotional experience—and how to help horses truly participate with humans rather than simply obey.
Personal Experience with Injury & Comeback
Having experienced injury and failure herself—and reaching top levels of classical dressage with many horses—Chris teaches concisely, directly, and purely from lived experience.
Integrated Approach
Chris developed this program specifically to fill the gap she saw in all established horse training: the development of self-awareness and communication skills that create the foundation for everything else - Movement Language.
What Riders Say
❝
Chris wants more riders to go beyond the physical biomechanics of it all to a higher level of "feel." It's what riding is all about, sharing one shared balance together with a horse in motion...something more than an intimate physical connection that comes with achieving unity.
Bob Wood
horseman & trainer
❝
...what an honour it has been to have you out to teach us here and remotely for the past 3 years! I was struggling those years ago, to learn on my own and without any idea how I was going to get the quality instruction that I so wanted and needed.
What you taught me was incredibly valuable...I try to incorporate what I retained every ride.
Teri V.
student
❝
I’m here because of your knowledge. I wanted to be the best I could be, for any horse, and create a happy partnership.
I found the answer in Chris’s coaching because she’s got such a gift for teaching. She’s a gifted rider but it takes more than just being a gifted rider.

What is a Harmony Call?
A Harmony Call is your free, no-pressure conversation to explore:
- The root cause of your stuckness with your horse
- What's working and what isn't in your current approach
- Your past experiences that colour how you make sense of your horse's responses
- Your vision of success—what it looks and feels like to achieve true harmony
- Whether our framework is the right fit for you and your horse
We don't help everyone, and we don't teach what we haven't lived and learned by doing. This call lets us accurately assess whether the Patterns of Reciprocity™ will work for your specific situation.
Before your Harmony Call, we'll typically have a brief chat about your goals and passions to ensure we're using our time together wisely.
The True Cost of Riding Without Clarity
When we priced this program, we considered six factors:
- Financial cost: How much are you spending on lessons, trainers, and methods that aren't working?
- Energy cost: The drain of a horse relationship filled with frustration instead of joy
- Time cost: Years of trial and error when you could be progressing
- Identity cost: The pain of a partnership that doesn't reflect who you want to be
- Physical toll: The wear on both you and your horse from tense, unclear movement
- Freedom: The priceless value of finally figuring it out
The question isn't whether you can afford this program.
The question is: Can you afford NOT to make this change?

How much does the program cost?
What if I'm not sure I qualify?
If you're committed to your horse's well-being, willing to do inner work, and can ride (even if fearfully), you likely qualify. The Harmony Call will help us determine if we're the right fit.
I've tried other programs. How is this different?
Most programs teach either technique OR mindset. We integrate both, focusing on the foundational congruence and communication that makes all other training more effective. Our Patterns of Reciprocity™ framework is unique in horsemanship.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
All calls are recorded and available in your portal. However, live participation maximizes your results through real-time coaching and community support.
Do I need special equipment?
No special equipment required. You'll work with your horse in whatever setting you currently have access to.
How much time will this take each week?
Plan for 5-7 hours weekly: watching lessons, practicing with your horse, attending calls, and engaging with the Helpdesk. The more you invest, the more you'll gain.
